Ingredients :
- 1 bunch of carrots (preferably not too big)
- 2 tablespoons thyme honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Thyme (dried or fresh)
- salt, pepper
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 200°. Wash and dry the carrots then cut the tops, keeping only 2 centimeters on each carrot.
- Arrange the carrots in a single row on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- In a small saucepan, mix the oil, honey and thyme. Heat for a few minutes until the mixture becomes liquid.
- Cover the carrots with the mixture, massaging them well so that the oil and honey evenly cover each carrot. Drizzle with olive oil if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200° for 30 to 35 minutes until carrots are tender and ends begin to caramelize. Prick with a fork to check doneness.
