OUR SHOP THE HONEY HOUSE

Forced to leave the historic site of rue de l'écluse in Dijon in 2018, which no longer allowed sustainable development for future generations, the opportunity to create the honey house on the agro market in Dijon at 17 rue de Skopje presented itself.

Wanting to share its expertise with a wide audience, the Famille Perronneau honey house was created to allow everyone to obtain honey and honey products directly from the producer.

AN ECO-DESIGNED PROJECT

The honey shop is an Eco-designed project; everything in the honey shop project was designed locally, short circuit, bio-sourced materials, reduction of the weight of the structures, origin of the wood, durability and quality of the materials and assemblies, the varnish of the finishes is bio-sourced; even the inks used for the visuals are clean and these were manufactured 3 km from the installation site. The craftsmen selected by the Ateliers De Langalerie are all from the region in order to ensure the shortest possible circuit and reduce the carbon footprint.

The aim of this project was to be able to clearly demonstrate the importance of beekeeping, honey and bees in our everyday lives.

A STORY OF CHARACTER

It was necessary to transcribe a story of men and insects, secrets of manufacturing and transmission, and above all to give the best possible value to the work done by the entire Perronneau Family since the creation of their now internationally renowned family business.

Many details of the shop la miellerie are the signature of a precision work that refers to the quality and the requirement of the beekeeper's profession. By bringing together companions of duty and a renowned photographer passionate about bees, la miellerie is a real sensory and visual experience that will give you the illusion of an immersion in the center of the hive.
