Rosemary honey is a light yellow nectar, slightly golden when liquid and becomes white when crystallized. It gives off a discreet, vegetal scent of medium intensity. Behind its creamy texture, it reveals light nuances of bitter almonds and fresh flour.
Rosemary flowers throughout the winter and spring, when bees come to pollinate the flowers. This 100% natural monofloral honey is harvested between April and May under the Spanish sun.
Rosemary honey is full of medicinal virtues. Rich in iron, copper and calcium, it boosts the liver and leads to better digestion. It is also a tonic and a stimulant, a real remedy against anxiety, stress and nervous fatigue.
