Wildflower honey is the delicious result of a vast harvest established by bees on various flowers. Maritime lavender, mint, thyme, rosemary… all the flowers that grow spontaneously in nature can be used to make this honey. The choices available to bees in spring and summer are not lacking. The very particular plant scent that this honey releases then gives way to a sweet floral and fruity flavor.
The harvest of Wild Flower honey takes place between April and August, at the end of the season, when the bees have taken full advantage of all the floral diversity of the Spanish countryside.
This honey is rich in trace elements due to the great diversity of flowers that the bees have foraged. It can also relieve coughs, sore throats and sleep disorders.
Wildflower honey, 100% natural, produced by bees, can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Only bees hold the secret of its production. By foraging on flowers and various nectars, they produce honey to feed themselves, especially when the weather conditions are not favorable depending on the season. They store this sweet substance in their hive in order to enjoy it all year round.
