Organic Linden Honey is a creamy, finely granulated honey. Its color varies between off-white and dark yellow depending on its degree of crystallization and its harvest region. Its scent is delicate and its flavor is persistent, sweet, sometimes slightly bitter, without acidity. Our bees mainly forage the linden trees of Côte d'Or, Picardie, and Loire. Linden blossom generally occurs in late June depending on climatic conditions. The harvest of this honey takes place at the beginning of July. However, the date of this harvest as well as the quantity of honey obtained depend greatly on weather conditions.
