WILDFLOWER HONEY, A LIQUID, AMBER HONEY WITH FLORAL NOTES

Wildflower honey is the delicious result of a vast harvest established by bees on various flowers. Mint, clover, alfalfa... all the flowers that grow spontaneously in nature can be used to make this honey. The choices available to bees in the spring are not lacking. The very particular plant scent that this honey releases then gives way to a sweet floral and fruity flavor.

The harvest of Wild Flower honey takes place between May and June, at the end of spring, when the bees have taken full advantage of all the floral diversity of our countryside.

This honey is rich in trace elements due to the great diversity of flowers that the bees have foraged. It can also relieve coughs, sore throats and sleep disorders.

OUR DIJON SHOP

Forced to leave the historic site of rue de l'écluse in Dijon in 2018, which no longer allowed sustainable development for future generations, the opportunity to create the honey house on the agro market in Dijon at 17 rue de Skopje presented itself.

Wanting to share its expertise with a wide audience, the Famille Perronneau honey house was created to allow everyone to obtain honey and honey products directly from the producer.
