Organic Orange Blossom Honey has a clear, slightly yellow appearance. As soon as you open the jar, it releases the characteristic aroma of orange blossom as well as a sweet and floral smell. When tasting, it offers a delicate and fruity flavor, subtle citrus notes and a slight acidity.
The very fragrant flowering of the Orange tree takes place between March and April. The flowers that bloom on this tree have a beautiful color, oscillating between white and pastel pink. The harvest of this 100% natural monofloral organic honey takes place between June and July.
Orange blossom honey has calming and antispasmodic properties. Rich in antioxidants, it strengthens the body's immune system and can also relieve migraines, palpitations and insomnia.
