Mountain honey is a wonderful reflection of the diversity of the flora of our French landscapes. It offers a very aromatic and floral taste, slightly fruity.

Mountain honey is the delicious result of our bees foraging on a flourishing range of plants and flowers. They land and forage on several nectars such as dandelion, blueberry, bramble, rhododendron, raspberry, thistle, or clover, which gives this honey a great richness of floral and fruity nuances.
This 100% natural honey has an amber color and fine crystallization. The French mountains of the Alps, the Jura, the Vosges, the Massif Central offer bees a real playground. The floral richness of these heights is illustrated by a very fragrant sweet aroma, sometimes fruity. The harvest of mountain honey takes place in summer.
Mountain honey can be consumed daily throughout the year, but note that it proves to be a wonderful addition to your diet in winter. This 100% natural honey is a wonderful support for the respiratory tract. It offers softening, antiseptic and antibacterial qualities.
