This 100% natural honey has an amber color and fine crystallization. The French mountains, including the Alps, the Jura, the Vosges, and the Massif Central, offer a true playground for bees. The floral richness of these heights is reflected in a sweet, very fragrant, sometimes fruity aroma. Mountain honey is harvested in summer.
