Maritime Lavender honey is a very aromatic honey with a floral flavor. Its color is slightly amber and its texture creamy.

Maritime Lavender honey offers a rich and very aromatic taste through its creamy texture and floral fragrance. This honey has a darker color than Provence Lavender honey due to its floral origin. Indeed, to produce this honey, bees will forage wild lavender flourishing on the seaside in Spain in the eastern Pyrenees. For this same reason, Maritime Lavender honey will have a texture and crystallization different from that of Provence Lavender honey.
Lavender is a fragrant, honey-producing aromatic plant of southern origin that flowers from mid-June to the end of August. During this period, bees will gather nectar from this nectar and extract this very special monofloral honey.
Maritime Lavender honey, a 100% natural product, has calming and soothing properties. It promotes sleep and fights headaches. Its regenerative properties calm coughs and winter ailments such as flu, tonsillitis or colds.
