Garrigue honey is the result of foraging many plants from the South of France. Fragrant, it offers a very aromatic and floral taste, slightly distinctive.

Garrigue honey is the delicious result of our bees foraging on a flourishing range of sun plants. They land and forage on several plants such as Thyme, Asphodel, Rosemary, Savory, Bramble, White Clover and Lavender, which gives this honey a great richness in fruity nuances.
Garrigue honey will be very appreciated by lovers of typical and robust honeys. Its round and smooth taste, quite pronounced, remains in the mouth for a long time and continues to reveal itself several minutes after tasting.
The Garrigue flowers from July to December depending on the species and the climatic conditions of the year. The harvest of this honey takes place at the end of spring, it is sometimes not very generous depending on the years and the climatic conditions, the heat and drought sometimes burning the vegetation around the Mediterranean very early in the year.
Garrigue honey, like Thyme honey, offers a strong antibacterial and antiseptic power, perfect for fighting winter ailments. It can soothe and relieve sore throats and hoarse voices. It also has tonic and fortifying properties.
