Avocado honey has a very dark color with sometimes red highlights. This honey reveals typical intense and complex aromatic notes, which give way to aromas of liquorice and coffee, as well as a long flavor in the mouth, sometimes tangy.
In a suitable climate, the Avocado tree blooms throughout the summer, revealing its many small yellow star-shaped flowers. The harvest of this rare honey takes place in its preferred area in Mexico, during August.
This 100% natural honey is rich in antioxidants and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Avocado honey is a real source of natural energy, and can also relieve coughs and sore throats in winter.
