ORGANIC HEATHER HONEY, A CREAMY AMBER HONEY WITH A POWERFUL TASTE
Organic Heather honey is characterized by its dark brown appearance with red highlights. Its consistency is very thick, its smell marked, and its taste woody, floral, powerful. It leaves notes of fresh fruit and caramel at the end of the mouth as well as a slight bitterness.
This monofloral honey is produced from the nectar of the pink flowers of Heather, a plant with a very fragrant flowering. This flowering generally occurs between the end of June and July depending on the altitude. This 100% organic and natural honey is harvested in France, in the heights of the Pyrenees.
Organic Heather honey is very rich in trace elements and minerals, making it an ideal ally for the body. It is also known for soothing joint pain and treating urinary system disorders.
