This 100% natural honey has a very light color, sometimes white, a fresh taste with floral notes. The very particular plant smell that this honey releases gives way to a sweet floral and fruity flavor, sometimes slightly acidic.
The harvest of Spring Flower honey takes place at the end of spring, when the bees have taken full advantage of the significant floral diversity of the French countryside.
