Almond honey is a rare, powerful honey with a pronounced smell and flavor. Its creamy texture reveals sweet and smooth aromas reminiscent of almonds.

Almond honey is characterized by its light amber color and its aromatic power. With a creamy texture, it offers a distinctive flavor reminiscent of almonds, subtly floral and fruity.
The flowers of the Almond tree bloom early in the year, in abundance. This tree is the first to bloom, between February and March. Quite rare due to the precocity of this flowering at the end of Winter, which is not always a favorable period for the work of bees, this 100% natural honey is harvested from the beginning of Spring.
In addition to being a very good antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, like other honeys, this monofloral honey is a real source of vitamins and aids digestion.
