Our bees mainly forage on the lime trees of the Côte d'Or, Picardy and the Loire. The lime tree generally blooms at the end of June depending on the weather conditions. The honey is harvested at the beginning of July. However, the date of this harvest and the quantity of honey obtained depend greatly on the weather conditions.
