Clover honey is the delicious result of our bees' passionate foraging in the heart of vast green plains. Unlike wild flower honeys, this one comes from the delicate nectar of clover, which gives it an unparalleled fine flavor.
This 100% natural honey has a very light, almost white color, and very fine natural crystallization, giving it a smooth and creamy texture. The vast prairies of our lands offer the bees a peaceful and generous playground. This floral simplicity is reflected in a sweet, subtly vanilla aroma, sometimes reminiscent of barley sugar. It is usually harvested between late spring and early summer.
