GÂTINAIS HONEY, A CREAMY HONEY WITH A LIGHT COLOR AND FLORAL AROMA

Gâtinais honey is the delicious result of a vast harvest made by bees on different flowers and plants of the terroir of this French region. This polyfloral honey has a light color, an aroma that is both sweet and distinctive, and a vegetal, very floral taste. It is harvested in spring and summer.

Gâtinais honey is very rich in trace elements as well as antioxidants (flavonoids) due to the significant diversity of flowers that compose it. It is effective against sore throats and insomnia, it improves blood circulation and is indicated in cases of cholesterol.


Tasting

Very aromatic, Gâtinais honey is to be kept on hand for daily use. It will please the whole family. Ideal for replacing sugar in your morning tea or coffee, this 100% natural honey is less caloric and better for your health! Apply it to your buttered toast, your crepes and your pancakes to start your day off right.

Conservation

Store at room temperature, around 20°C, away from heat and humidity. Our honeys are extracted and packaged cold. To preserve all their benefits and flavors, our honeys are not pasteurized, so they may crystallize, which does not detract from their quality. To restore their liquid state, you can place them in a bain-marie until the crystals disappear. In order to guarantee their purity and origin, our honeys are systematically analyzed before being put into jars.
