Brittany honey is made up of different nectars. Its creamy texture offers a sweet and fruity flavor, enhanced with a touch of acidity.

BRITTANY HONEY, A CREAMY AMBER HONEY WITH FRUITY AND FLORAL AROMAS

Brittany honey is the delicious result of a vast harvest made by bees on different flowers and plants from the terroirs of this French region. This polyfloral honey has an amber color, an aroma composed of vegetal and floral notes, and a slightly acidic fruity taste. This easy-to-spread honey is lively and fresh on the palate. It is harvested between the end of July and the beginning of September.

Brittany honey is very rich in trace elements as well as antioxidants (flavonoids) due to the significant diversity of flowers that compose it. It is effective against sore throats and insomnia, it improves blood circulation and is indicated in cases of cholesterol.

Tasting

Very aromatic, Brittany honey is to be kept on hand for daily use. It will please the whole family. Ideal for replacing sugar in your morning tea or coffee, this 100% natural honey is less caloric and better for your health! Apply it on your toast, crepes or pancakes to start your day off right.

Conservation

Store at room temperature, around 20°C, away from heat and humidity. Our honeys are extracted and packaged cold. To preserve all their benefits and flavors, our honeys are not pasteurized, so they may crystallize, which does not detract from their quality. To restore their liquid state, you can place them in a bain-marie until the crystals disappear. In order to guarantee their purity and origin, our honeys are systematically analyzed before being put into jars.
