ORGANIC AGAVE SYRUP

Our organic agave syrup is a natural sugar extracted from the sap of a cactus. Agave syrup is obtained by pressing, filtering and heating the sap extracted from the heart of the agave plant when it is between seven and ten years old.

Its taste is sweeter than honey and its texture is more liquid. Agave syrup is very popular with athletes or people who are concerned about their diet because it has a low glycemic index, is less caloric than other glucoses while having a sweetening power greater than that of sugar.

Our organic agave syrup comes from organic farming, it is produced using a production method that respects the environment and biodiversity.
